Beth LaNeel Tanner is the Kansfield Professor of Old Testament Studies at New Brunswick Theological Seminary in New Jersey. A scholar of Hebrew poetry with particular interest in the Psalms, she is a co-author of the Book of Psalms volume in the New International Commentary on the Old Testament.
